• Delivery up to 3 weeks for the following surcharge areas:
  • £40 surcharge: EX, TQ, PL, TR, LL, SY, LD, SA, DG, TD, KA, ML, KY, EH, G, FK, PA
  • £50 surcharge: DD, AB, PH
  • No delivery: KW, ZE, IV, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Channel Islands
• Deliveries 6 days a week (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
• Notice sent 2 days prior to delivery
• £40 redelivery fee if no one is available at the agreed time
• Flats: Free to 1st floor without lift; £10 per additional floor
• Houses: Ground floor only
