At Interior Emporium, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Eligible Returns / Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

• Items that are not in original condition
• Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you via email that we have received your item
• You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days

Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
• Sale items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted
• For items over £75, we recommend:
• Using a trackable shipping service
• Purchasing shipping insurance
• We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
