• No delivery: KW, ZE, IV, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Channel Islands
• Delivery runs 6 days/week (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
• 2-day notice before delivery
• £40 redelivery charge if recipient is unavailable
• Flats: Free to 1st floor without lift; £10 per additional floor
• Houses: Ground floor delivery only
