  • Deliveries run 6 days a week (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
  • Notice given 2 days prior to delivery
  • £40 redelivery fee if recipient is unavailable at the scheduled time
  • Flats: Free to 1st floor without lift; £10 per additional floor
  • Houses: Ground floor delivery only
